Easy returns
You can return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened makeup or skincare unless it is faulty.
How to return
- Contact brightonyemaizuofficial@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will confirm the return address and any instructions.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item arrives and is checked.
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace or refund the item.
Shipping
Standard shipping (3-7 business days) is free on orders over $50. Express shipping (1-3 business days) is available at checkout.
